User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was referred to Susan's salon by an associate and I had a very unpleasant experience. After practically loosing an ear to her nails during the shampoo I was led to a chair that still had the last person's hair on it. The actual cutting of my hair was very brief and though I asked to 'keep the length' the stylist took 2+ inches off and left me with very choppy long layers. The blowout was painful. Instead of a round brush she used her fingers to tug at my hair and burned my scalp with the blow dryer in multiple places. When she saw me wincing in pain she said I must have a tender scalp. (In 28 years I have never had a 'tender scalp') My head was still tender the next day. As I was paying the receptionist asked what I would like to add for a tip-with my stylist standing right behind her! This salon lacks professionalism and skilled stylists.
