User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis bank in no way meet the customers needs. They state that they work with customer, and they don't. I have called several times to the local branch and I've had to wait ever time to speak to someone that will take care of a problem. There were fraud charges on my account that took 6 weeks to take care of then they never noted my account to this problem. Charged insuffiant funds due to fraud and never credit to my account. I will never again choose PNC or National City Ever.
