User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWOW! How rude!!! I called this morning to find out information to get my dog groomed (since I read such great reviews about Rick). Well, he didn't have the time to talk to me. After he answered, I asked him how he was doing this morning....his response, "I'm busy, so if you're not going to make an appointment I can't talk to you." As a potential first customer I found this extremely unprofessional! Why would I want to bring my dog to a place like that?!?

Very Good! He takes good care of my dogs! Although it's kinda hard to get him to pick the phone up!
