Nutshell: Inexpensive Fun Executive Course. Don't forget to pack your driver. Four par 4 holes invite you to whack it hard, not to mention a 235 yard par 3. Get par there and thank the golf gods. The woods holes, 4-6, have some pretty steep inclines, but the rest of the course is easily walkable.
The course is reasonably well maintained. Undulations on the greens are few and gentle. Good consistency here, too. Oddly, the practice green is less level than most of the course greens, but still gives a good read on the speed.
Serious golfers shun teeing it up on the par 3's. I've even seen a few folk drop on uneven lies around the tee box to really practice their approaches.
It's not a good course for an aquaphobic golfer. Don't laugh, I've known a few pretty good golfers who fall apart at the sight of water. Anyway, bring an extra sleeve or two, just in case.
The 19th hole is better than most municipal courses. The patio overlooks the driving range, so it isn't that much fun. Had a bad round? Relax with a game of pool, or try your hand at miniature golf.
