First time eating there was today march 21st 2009..I dont understand how this person made the remarks he did, this place is not dreary, or dark..there was no children in there doing anykind of resturant work..the food was really good and the host/owners were really nice...we were there for lunch..we intend on going back again and again..the resturant is nothing fancy but the food is good...its a pleasant relaxed atmosphere...i would recomend this to anyone who likes chinese food...our next trip will be for supper...

Free range children...: The restaurant's environment is not that inviting, rather dark and dismal. My experiences have included hair in my food (twice in my take out, and once in the buffet) and being served by the elementary age daughter. While the use of the children as servers is cute, them playing with my food and drink on the table in front of me is not.

Your Chinease food is waiting. Come and get it.: China House has a very wide selection of food you can purchase. My favorite thing to do is eat at the bar. Alot to choose from. The waiters are very good. The building is a little old, but once you try the food you wont mind the surroundings.Over all I would recommend this place to anyone.
