yes.. i called today to ask about the weather conditions and mail routes.. Karen was very rude did not care about helping me in anyway. She was not from this area. Threfore, was not really concered at all. I asked ab out mailboxes she said i dont even know where that your street is, i only live a few street down where she works. I have a young child i was caring that got scared i caring for and shw was screaming in my ear not my child Karen, when i explained she said so what handle things.. She was so rude Im still very confused why they would hire someone like her. I asked them where the closest blue box to my house was so that i would not have to go there. I rated you Poor because i will still buy my stamps online.. I just cant face this woman i will still to florence post office i really like it there.. I would recommend them to anyone they are very helpful with everything...thank you...
