Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I avoid dealing with them whenever possible, but occasionally I have no choice. I decided to buy a Jeep Wrangler and looked at some used ones. I found one I really liked and explained to the salesman I would have to get a co-signer as my credit only had 1 item on it so it wasnt built up enough yet. He took my info so it would be ready for when I came back, Before I had the chance to come back (4 days later) they sold it out from under me. I went to COURTS MOTORS in HURRICANE, WV and I purchased a 2009 Wrangler fully loaded. I then found out that they would have let me sign the financing stuff by myself BUT! the guy at Superior had checked my credit SIX times, thus dropping my score just low enough to make me need a co-signer. I deal with Courts Motors for my needs, its a little further to drive but they know what they are doing and are very professional.

I just wish I saw these reveiws before I made the mistake of doing business with this company. Bought a used van paid cash, now I'm being treated like an outcast. It has taken forever to get the paper work done of the the van, now it is currently in the service center to get two tires on it and the alignment checked. It has taken 5 hours and counting they say at least another two hours, for a job that should have been done in an hour. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have bought 2 vehicles from Superior. Great deals on both. Sorry you guys didn't have such a good experience.
