we were treated the same way. The salesman acted like if we didn*t want to buy the car as soon as we looked at it,then they didn*t have time to spend on us. Even though there wasn*t anyone else looking. Family members had just bought two new vechicles from there. salesman was not helpful on details of the vechicle.
One of the most crooked dealers around: First off, this dealer does not deserve even one star, they are not even good enough to deserve awful status. I went to trade in a 1994 Camaro for a 2001 VW Beetle. Test drove the VW, filled out papers. While doing paperwork, a couple was looking at the Bug. The dealer jumped up and told the other dealer the car was being sold. I asked him specifically if the car would be available until we found out if I was approved or not. He said they legally could not take money down to hold the car, but were really good about holding a car for someone who was trying to buy it. BULL!!!! Days went by, no word. We call Don Hall, they tell us they could not get us approved. About 30 minutes later the bank is calling to verify employment for a loan for a 2001 VW Beetle from Don Hall. Confusing at first, I had just been told I did not qualify, but somehow I was approved. Called Don Hall back, the guy tells us he has no idea how we got approved because he did'nt bother to even try. Well someone did! So we asked if the car was still there. He told us that it was not and as a matter of fact had been sold as soon as we left. They just simply sold the car and did not even have the decency to admit they made a mistake and screwed me over in the process. It may be perfectly legal, I don't know, but its just wrong. Any place that would treat customers as if they did not matter does not deserve anybody's hard earned money. Please, anyone reading this, please avoid Don Hall. You will get screwed in some way. I was lucky enough to not get screwed as badly as I could have, but I know of others who were not so lucky.
