    I cant Believe Larry "Pattyson" still has a job. He is the worst store manager i have ever had to deal with. He looked me in the eye( im a female, he's a male) and told me i was making him very UPSET!!!!!!! when i waited 3 hrs for my laptop.

    Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you can't find what you're looking for, they'll help you find it. The phones can be rough, but I'd imagine that they much be ringing off the hook. Hopefully they can get that issue resolved. Aside from that, I've been rather pleased. I used to shop at Circuit City more often than Best Buy, mainly because of location. But now that CC is out of business, I begin to wonder why I never tried Best Buy more often. Definitely recommend!!!

    THIS BEST BUY IS WORTHLESS. EVERYTIME I GO THERE AND NEEDED HELP NO ONE IS AROUND, AND WHEN THERE IS SOMEONE THEY DON'T KNOW CRAP. WHEN YOU DO BUY SOMETHING THEY PULL THAT EXTENDED WARRANTY ON YOU AND KEEP PUSHING AND PUSHING THAT WARRANTY AS IF THERE LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. WHY WOULD I WANT TO SPEND EXTRA 200 OR 400 ON WARRANTY. WHEN YOU WANT TO TALK TO A MANAGER THEY GIVE YOU SOMEONE WHO IS PLAYING MANAGER. WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL BEST BUY YOU ARE ON HOLD FOR ATLEAST 20 MIN. AND WHEN THEY DO ANSWER YOU CAN BARELY HEAR THEM OVER THE PHONE.
