I am providing the following information on the Internet, the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office:
I took my van for a scheduled 4 wheeled alignment on Saturday November 14th. I was immediately called and informed that I needed to have the bottom ball joint replaced. I asked how much. The guy said 45 dollars...He said but you should have the upper one changed to. I asked how much total he said 110 dollars. Again I asked if that was the entire cost..He said well the alignment is 69.99 so a quick thought says 180+ tax OK not too bad. I really did not want to mess up my Saturday by doing the work for that price... I called late Saturday to find that my vehicle would be completed on Monday..OK I thought no big deal, they were to call my cell phone upon completion.. During Monday I lost track of the day while I was at work. At the end of the day I wondered why I did not receive a call. I was off on Tuesday..After I took care of my first chore, I arrived at MTW to see an Employee standing outside. I asked if they were closed. He said "he" is late again. I asked if he knew anything about the van in the shop. He said yelp the guy who was suppose to work on it was off on Monday. We should get it today. I wasted a day off waiting on a call. At 2:45 they called and said the van was ready. My wife asked for a total...It was $269. When we arrived I discussed the cost with the manager. He said the guy made a mistake. I told him that I would not have had the work performed for that price. He showed me how the price came to be. I said I do not care what you say the charges are, I was told 110 plus the alignment. I finally told the guy, I think his name is john that I was through with him and MTW.
I am not happy at all with MTW. I went there to get four new tires and the car aligned. They forgot to tighten up the lug nuts on my right rear tire and I drove it to Ashland, and my tire almost fell off. I called him and told him something was wrong with my car and he said that sometimes the stickers get left on and rub against it. Finally I checked it myself b/c I knew something was wrong. I tightened up the lug nuts with my hand, then w/ the crow bar. Also they were supposed to align my car and they didn't. I had to take it to Fannins in Ashland to get the alignment done right. They also wouldn't give me my money back for the alignment they didn't even do right, after i showed him my receipt and papers from Fannins who actually aligned my car. Also, another guy who was waiting with me said that he paid 1,000 for tires that went flat. He was very unhappy with them, and said he would never do business w/ them again. Do not buy anything from these people. It is better to pay more to get the job done right.
Fair prices. Friendly service: I would highly recommend MTW for your tire purchases. They are able to obtain any brand and have been in the business for years. You'll particularly enjoy having the owner's 9 year old grandson greet you on the weekends. Believe me. They're fair.

Always remember when reading reviews it is only one side of the story, and never believe he said she said. MTW has been in business since 1967 and services thousands of vehicles per year and has always tried to reach a reasonable solution when possible, Thank you for taking this into consideration, We do tires and auto service right!
So then why did you folks screw me over????????? AVOID THESE PEOPLE..WHEN I RETURNED TO WORK TODAY AFTER A STAFF MEETING, I MENTIONED THIS COMPANY TO OTHER ENGINEERS AND MANAGERS..MORE THAN 4 SAID NEVER AGAIN..THEY ALL HAD TROUBLE WITH MTW
