    Terrible. Just terrible. A friend of mine ordered flowers for me to be delivered on my birthday. It was supposed to be a surprise and well, they NEVER came on my birthday. I called them and asked where they were and they claimed the driver came to my house and I was home all day and no one came. It was 5 pm when I called and they told me they couldn't deliver them until the following day. For the record, I still haven't gotten them and it's a day AFTER my birthday. Whatever you do, don't USE THESE PEOPLE. They're rude and do nothing to satisfy customers. I was told it was MY problem even though a friend of mine spent quite a bit of money on these flowers and they refused to refund him even though the flowers were not delievered when they were supposed to be.
