The best hair salon in KY in my humble opinion: In the tiny town of Vicco you will find the absolute best hidden gem there is.. Scissors is my Hair heaven. Johnny and Eddie are the stylists and I see Johnny and my Mother and Sister go to Eddie. We are all very happy with their work and will not go see anyone else! Johhny is the friendliest person on the planet, you feel special walking in the place. He took my head into his "hands" and gave me a style I love and one that has made me feel better about myself than I have ever felt.
The first time I went, I told him.. "Just do what you think will look best" and he had a blast cutting it. I walked out amazed. What amazed me even more was the price of the wash, cut and style. In Kansas I would have paid $40 at a cheap salon to have this kind of cut, service and level of care. With Scissors? $8!!!!!! Yes, I said Eight. I am still in shock over it and needless to say I have a standing monthly apt with my favorite guy in Vicco :)
