    Purple Cow: Recently visited Beattyville, Kentucky to see family and was very excited to see this place still open. It's just as I remembered it was when we visited when I was a kid. The food is excellent and the service is good. There's not too many places to eat in Beattyville but above all, I would recommend The Purple Cow. The Friday night catfish was wonderful!
