    I travel all over the United States, and I take these reviews seriously when I am looking for something to eat. After reading these reviews, I was pretty excited to try a steak sandwich, and a slice of pizza from Hoberts. Their steak sandwich was ok. But not what I would expect for a steak sandwich. The meat was nothing more than a salisbury steak with out the gravy. And the pizza was ok too. I guess if you never get out of Kentucky, you might think this is great food. My condolences.

    We make it down to prestonsburg once or twice a year and there is no way we can leave without one of the steak sandwiches loaded up, even with garlic lettuce.

    World's best steak sandwich - I've tried them in most every state and none can compare to Hoberts. Friendly staff and the prices are terrific.
