He shopped around for the best interest rate and locked us in for pre-approval a week before the deal was done. He and his colleagues were helpful and very courteous. Most importantly, you could call him at any time... on the weekends... on his cell. He answered all of the questions that we had. So far everything is working out great in the new house!
