User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe administrative staff at this school are impossible to deal with. They do not return calls or answer questions. I have gone to the financial aid office 7 times to try to get a problem resolved, left numerous messages for the "supervisor", talked to the dean 3 times, and I still have no resolution. Austin Peay costs more, but I wish I had gone there. The people at Hopkinsville are a bunch of lazy idiots.
