Great person was helping my wife and I close on a 2nd home, Greg jumped though hoops to help out and the most amazing thing is the fact that he will answer the phone all the time. If not he will call you back within minutes of leaving a message.

My 75-year-old father has advised me that I am the executor of his estate. We own a farm in Tennessee, and my step-mother will have life estate. At her death, the farm will pass on to me, my younger sister, and my younger brother, in equal one-third shares. Since we're talking about a farm worth roughly half a million dollars, when my father passes on, should I get a probate attorney? If so, is this guy any good? I'm way out in the desert Southwest...
Hi, this is Greg Taylor. To answer your question, since I am an attorney in Murray, Kentucky and don't have a Tennessee law license, I would not be able to help you. My advice would be to contact a local lawyer in the county where your father's farm is located.
