User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI recently took my comforter to Concord Custom Cleaners. I told them that my dog had had an accident on it and asked if I needed to show them the spot. Rudely the lady snapped "NO!" and went on to give me the pick up slip and went away. We went and picked it up and noticed as we were taking it out of the plastic cover that not only was the spot still there (none of it gone nor the smell) but there were 2 new spots that had a smell!!! These new spots were NOT there when we took it and they had a funny smell. It was very dark and almost sticky feeling!!! We were outraged and we will NEVER go back!!!!!
