User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhen folks say craZy female manager that doesn't even begin to cover it. I stopped in one day to buy some coconut bark an after walking around looking for someone to help me for fifteen minutes j found the two kids working their, the manager and some friend of theirs sitting on a counter drinking pops. I asked if anyone cared to help me. The manager rolled her eyes said "I guess" and arête to ring me up. I laughed and said gee thanks! I asked her if she was in charge and commented man would I love to work for you. She began yelling at me, told me If I Dant like the way I ran her store to not come back. Then very emphatically stated for m to take my purchase and never shop their again!!! I have I will this lady is pretty far out there. Banning customer because we aren't getting help in the store. What's next?? Shooting a customer cause they return something?

I agree with Marvin. I have been a customer of this Pet Food Center for about 15 years. I shopped there the first week they opened. I will say that the store has definitely had its ups and downs. A couple years ago it was, well lets just say, disgusting. But, in all the years, I have never seen it look better or have more things to choose from. I have birds, cats, a dog, and a hedgehog. I can always without fail get everything I need at this store at a much lower price than petsmart. And if I ever want something unusual they will order it for me whether they sell it in their store or not. I know when this store started the people working in it now were kids, but they are definitelly good workers and friendly people. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. keep up the good work.

there is a crazy female manager at this store. there are dead fish in all the fish tanks. they do not guarantee their fish. instead they try to blame it on your aquarium water. if you ask the crazy female manager too many questions, she gets mad and threatens to call the cops on you. they will not get any more of my money. I hope they go out of business. I will go elsewhere like creative aquatics, the staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. the female manager at the pet food center would benefit from anger management counseling. they should be testing ther own aquarium water since there are so many dead fish in there aquariums.

this woman was barred from the store for being abusive to EVERYONE, EVERY SINGLE TIME SHE CAME IN! as far as fish go, she was told a year ago that her ph level was too high 8.2 for fish to survive. she was bringing back dead fish several times a week. Her water was tested and again above 8.0. she was told no more back then and somehow got back in the door this year until someone recognized her name. She has had this problem at EVERY store in town BEWARE. Other stores please remember her name from the user name above-last name is first.

i want to tell you what happened to me at this store. i was given a lab puppy that was small and weak. the store manager gave it its first puppy shots even though she was not suppose to do it. she gave it nutrical in its mouth right in front of me and suggested that i keep giving it to him everyday until he is stronger and eating good on his own. she said he could die of hypogycemia because he was so small. i want to tell you that was a year ago and i now have a 80 pound best friend. she loves animals and puts them first and thats the way it should be. she is an angel to me and my bobo.
