I happened to read one of the customer's review and agreed with her. The manager name, Jay Jay(J.J.), was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was hired for a manager position but has no managerial skills at all. I will never go there ever again for any reason as long as she's still working there!!! she should get fired!

I ate at HOJ a few times and EVERY time I go there, there is this woman named JayJay/J.J (found this out after asking one of the servers her name). She is a horrible woman. Every time I eat there she is extreemly rude to me. Ever since the FIRST time I ever ate there shes been nothing but rude and insulting. One time she called me stupid (not in a joking way either) while yelling at me when I asked her when me and my family would be seated saying, "I dont know when you will be seated! You are stupid if you cant see that there are many people ahead of you!" Then, sat a larger number of people down (who didnt have a reservation) before my family and I (there were only three of us) and we got there about 15 minutes before them. On top of that, another time she said that the $10 tip that I had given one of the servers was not good enough and that if I didnt like the service then maybe I should'nt eat there any more! I have often spoken to some of the servers and the hostess and NONE of them really like her. They say she is a rude woman who talks about them behind your back and even falsely accused a former hostess of stealing a camera. I have stopped eating there after she told me that, "Because this is a nice place I should dress nicely when coming to eat!" She further said that, "People dont want to eat next to a fat slob who wears ugly clothing!" I refuse to ever eat there again after that incident. Especially since I have never done anything to that woman that would've deserved that kind of treatment. She needs to be fired. Who knows how many customers she has treated that way. She isn't professional and is possible losing business for HOJ. I should'nt have gone as much as I did fr the way that I was being treated. The food is excellent, but this JayJay woman is a horrible excuse for a human being!

Most awesome place , however if you have been there for dinner and not lunch don't go expecting the same things at lunch .
They don't have the soup during the day and it kinda throws off their routine when ordering something from the dinner menu . You also get some sort of egg stuff on your meat instead of the wonderful sauce they cook the dinners in . The egg stuff has the consistancy and taste of crisco .
The food is wonderful , service is great , and the one time we did have an issue they corrected the mistakes with no hassle .
