no wheel chairs for the customers: We are building a new home, so we went to Lowes in Dublin today at 1:15pm. We were looking to purchase light fixtures , kitchen appliances ,and laundry washer and dryer. My wife had both feet operated on 2 weeks ago, she is able to walk a little, but not very far or stand very long. We entered the store and she waited at the entrance for me to find a wheel chair that most large stores have for customer use. I found a handicaped cart that had a sign on it broken. I checked with your customer service for a wheel chair they said, they did not sell wheel chairs, I explaned I needed one for my wife to use while we were in the store, they said there is a cart by the entrance but it is broken, I asked if they had wheel chairs, they said no. There were approx six associates in customer service, I felt that one of them could have tried to help us. This was our first time in the store and we exited because my wife can not stand for very long. Her condition is temporary, but the people that are handicaped and need something to sit on, it could make a difference with your sales. I know that we were unable to look or purchase anything. We did not get a chance to be a customer.
Ultimate customer service experience: This is a very large, clean, organized store. They have everything you need for your home and the people can tell you exactly how to do any project. Incredible garden area. They also price matched a Home Depot item that was on sale and not the exact same model that they stocked, this is customer service!

I would recommend go Lowes rather than Lowes because the price is cheaper than HomeDepot and HomeDepot sometime not allow you return their products so I never go back again. Lowes allows you exchange or return anything you purchase. However, their customer service have a room to improve that I still think it's even better than HomeDepot's.
