   The first time I went to Franco's I had hair down to my mid back. I wanted it cut short, but didn't have a style in mind. I told the stylist about my hectic lifestyle (work full-time and have 3 kids) and that I wanted something low maintenance. When I walked out with my hair cut a bit past my ears and I could not have been any more pleased!! I ABSOLUTELY loved it!!!!! I still go there for my haircuts and I highly recommend it to anyone!! The staff is fun, hilarious and personable! Great price for a great haircut! If you're wanting head massages and coffee, this is not the place! If you're wanting a fun place that gets it done how you want it, look no further!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, FRANCO & CO!!

   I got an ok haircut and the staff is nice. That's about all I can say. For $30-40 I expected more. I mean, I can go to Penzone's or Kenneths and have an amazing haircut in a luxury setting with a scalp massage and free coffee brought to me for the same price I paid here.

   Haircut was great, massage was not: I had a great haircut from Gina, but then I got a massage and it was not good. The room is not quiet (you can hear everything going on in the salon) and I told the masseuse deep tissue, lots of pressure, but I did not get this. Plus it was with hot stones and she put them on top of a blanket! Who does that?
