Charles Penzone Grand Salon

I have been to this salon multiple times for just about every service and it was fantastic. The facialist did a great job, the massage was to die for, and so long as you get the right professional, Pam White at the cherry bottom road salon is my favorite, you hair will always turn out amazingly. I highly recommend this salon to anyone with the interest to be pampered.

I have been to this particular Charles Penzone many times. My stylist was Aki, and he was fantastic. I have very thick hair, and other than at Sassoon in Manhattan - I have never had a better stylist who understood how to lighten hair weight without the choppiness - unfortunately Aki recently relocated to another state. Since then, I have had several other senior-level stylists at Penzone, and have found them pleasant, but unremarkable and not as skilled in both color and cuttng.

My take on this Penzone is that it is the skill of a particular stylist which determines the level of quality - and someone in the management here appears to be more interested in high volume and turn-around than in seeking quality professionals.

I will continue to look for another salon.

i have been to one of the charlez penzones and they gave me a vry cut hair cut my hair is usually frizzy and after she did my hair there was not one fly away
