"Where our values bring you in and our people bring you back", this is their "tag" line?

I called to talk with a service guy about an issue; he would not listen to me. I had to repeat myself and he started getting confrontational; I hung-up on him; he could not give me a straight answer and would not listen to me. Then, I made the mistake of calling and got the automated call system and requested the new car sales in hopes of getting a live human being to get to the General Manager. The new car sales manager answered and and I told him I need to speak with the general manager; he said he was the new car sales manager. I asked if he could put me in touch with the general manager and he said they did not have one. I asked who runs the show there? He said the VP???? but he wasn't there. He purposely was playing with me.
I then asked who the owner was and he said the name I've since forgotten in my haste to write this review. " Where our values bring you in and our people bring you back"? Wild elephants would have to drag me by my testicles to get me in Immke Northwest Honda!
When are the car vultures ever going to learn?
Excuse me if they hire the mentally challenged, if that's the case I apologize.

The minute we walked into Immke Honda, it was like we were invisible. No one welcomed or knowledged us even though there were 4 salesmen standing by the door. We looked around for awhile and no one offered us any help. We finally went up to the receptionist and asked for a salesperson. She went got one for us. We told him we wanted to look and test drive a few cars. He handed us the first key and walked us over to the car, then he went to go greet returning customers, leaving us alone. He gave us the key to the second car, and left us alone again while he engaged with his other customers. We waited after we were done but he never checked up on us again, so we handed the key to the receptionist and walked out. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! If you're can't help us, then refer us to someone else who can. We went to Honda a Georgesville where we were greeted and taken care of the minute we parked our car. Thank you, now that was GREAT customer service.

Great if you are buying a brand new car, they will roll out the red carpet for you and whatever you want. However, if you are buing a new car they look down on you and will do anything to make a sale. The worst customer service ever they try to act all buddy buddy with you but could care less if you leave happy.
