    Been going to the Buckeye lake location for 10+ years and decided to go to the Newark location today. Ordered the Italian sub and wanted chips on the side and a drink. This was the last time the server came to the table. No chips, no plate, no napkins, no utensils and no refill. I had to get up to find her and pay the bill. By far the worse service ever.
