User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI have boarded my dog several times.And this was my first visit to benchmark ,i will never bring my dog back ,he reeked of pee .I have never pick him up from a boarding visit with him smelling like that ,its like they never took my dog out of his pen.

I have a HUGE complaint. My dog was boarded for 4 days. We brought toys, food, and his bed for him to sleep on. When we picked him up at 10am they gave us his bed. The bed was filthy as he had peed on it for his whole visit. The lady told us that she woke up late and didn't have time to wash his bed. How could they let my dog lay in his pee? I was, and still am, extremely upset about this and will never bring my dog back there or recommend them to anyone else.
