100% satisfied with my automobile, #1 in ohio: IMy car was due for its oil change, I know I should have made an appointment but I was rushed for time, I came into the facility and the service manager said to me not worry that we could squezze it in, That was very thoughtful. After the young man,( Ithink his name was Ben) finshed chg, myoil and he also checked my fluids and the tire pressure on the vechicle, I offered to tip The young Fellow who serviced it, But he said "no thank-you mame I am here to serve you," What a nice young man I thought to myself on the way home, You really don`t find too many of men his age,( 18 to 22 ) to call a woman mame, He wasn`t the most couteous young fellow. I applaud your Bussiness for hiring young people that are courteous to thier customers. His mother & father must be very proud. Thank- you sincerely. A Valued Customer .
