User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is a joke. We went to look at a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that we saw online. Called before coming in and they said it would be all ready for us to test drive. We got there an hour later and they walked us around the entire lot trying to sell us everything but what we came to look at. After wasting 20 minutes of our time and trying to cram a Pontiac Vibe down our throat they told us they didnt know where the Jeep was. The sales people are like robots.
Here is a little snippit of my conversation so you get the idea, "Where is the Jeep we want to see". Salesperson response: "I don't know, but here is a Pontiac Vibe, its only 2000 more then you want to spend and its a great car." My response: "No thanks, I want to see the Jeep". Dealer: "How about this nice Rodeo over here." My response: "No thanks, I dont see a Jeep anywhere, where is it?" Salesperson: "Im not sure about that Jeep, how about a Pontiac Vibe, its great on gas milage."
This went on for 20 minutes... you get the point.
Our car search continues but I can tell you that I will be back to post the names of good car lots where the salespeople are not idiots and treat you half way decent.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI really enjoyed my experience at John Hinderer Honda. I just bought a Civic there and James our salesman made it real easy. He knew that we had been shopping around and told him to tell him our best price and that he would beat it. We have been looking for a car for 2 months and this was the best experience with no pressure that we have had. I will do business again at that dealership. I felt bad because he had to stay over but he did not seem to mind. I have seen reviews on here that were no so pleasant I just thought I would put one in that was.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsJohn Hinderer Honda SUCKS!I read these reviews and thought, naa certainly they can't really be this bad-they are and worse. They screw you around and lead you on to believe they will make you a good deal. After hours upon hours of being at their lot they tell you no, they can't deal. I will never do business with these Liars. A waste of our precious time, when we could have been elsewhere and had a car by now.
