Waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery. When it arrived it was the wrong order and the pizza had been turned upside down. Jim said he would send out a new order asap. Waited another hour and called Jim back to tell him just don't charge my credit card and we'll be square. Ten minutes later the second order showed up and the pizza was burnt. Found out today that they went ahead and charged my credit card anyway. Worst service EVER!

i disagree, the service is excllent and the food in amazing!!!!
