Food is not that bad, but is terribly overpriced. The service is good, but not reliable. I have had several times when the egg rolls were left out of the order and I did not discover until I got home. I called and they said they would give me the egg rolls free with my next order. Several weeks later when I ordered take out again, they refused to honor their agreement.
I will not be going back to Jerry's House of Hunan again.... -

Worst experience ever!! The food used to be good and the service wonderful but lately has become substandard. On October 14, 2008 I ate a few bites of Mongolian Beef and became violently ill. The owners have ignored my to this date. BBB complaint filed Nov, 2008
