User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhat a great place! Don't be put off by outside appearances. This is a national treasure. Their salads are always crisp and perfect. Great burgers.
Best thing on the menu is the Benji Boy-Girl sandwich. Let's see -- two large burgers, sliced roast beef, bacon, ham, two cheeses, pickle, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and probably some stuff I forgot. HUGE!! and under $4.00. Often my wife and I will split one and still be stuffed.
Beer is cold and cheap.
The clientele are friendly, and often entertaining.

The best home made hamburgers in Newark Ohio: The Draft House makes the best and just about the only home made hamburgers and soups in town. Puts the fast food resturants to shame. Where else can you go to eat and get bailed out of jail at the same time. :)
