    Roush has generally treated us well, and we have purchased several cars from them now. That said, when our 2002 Accord's transmission died at 67,000 miles, they gave us unbelievable trouble. Initially they tried to blame it on us not changing the transmission fluid (which we later confirmed had been done at 42,000 miles, a record they no doubt had and were just testing us). Once a Honda engineer reviewed the situation and confirmed it was a factory default, it took them 2 weeks to replace it, during which they provided us with no rental (as it was not required by the warranty contract), despite the fact that we had been complaining about the transmission for 3 visits.

    I purchased two vehicles in 2006 from Roush Honda and never once regretted the purchase transaction.
    First, we were in need of a van to replace our 10 year old Plymouth Voyager. Not knowing anything about the Honda Odyssey, Kristen did a magnificent job of educating us regarding the vehicles features, options and characteristics. We compared the Honda against athe Chrysler and Toyota. Roush was very patient and willing to sell the vehicle at a price I was willing to pay. Shortly thereafter, we were in the market for another vehicle. After considering the Mazda, Toyota and Honda, we went back to see Kristen. Again, she was very accomodating and helped us out on our decision. It wasn't very long after our initial meeting that we had our Accord in the color we requested. Needless to say, I highly recommend Roush Honda, especially Kristen. It should also be noted that I also evaluated other local Honda dealers and by far, Roush stands several levels above their competition. I guess there's something to be said about an "employee owned" company.

    I leased my car from Roush beginning in 2002, bought it in 2005 at the end of my lease, and have always gotten it serviced there. I have always been really happy with them up until about a year ago. It seems they have been slacking off since they have gotten bigger. More than once I have taken my car in for service and they forgot to turn the "service needed" light off. More than once they have not had my car ready when they said it would be ready. Once they overbooked and I brought my car in (for my APPOINTMENT) and they said they didn't have time to do it and sent me to their other service location (Best Way auto care). They called Best Way and told me I could get in there the same day, well I took it to Best Way and they said Roush never called them and they couldn't do it either.

    More than once they did not wash my car (supposed to be part of the service) and when I came to get it they said they had washed it but it was obviously dirty. Also their services prices have gotten ridiculous (it's over $30 for just an oil change!!!)

    Also there's been times they told me something needed replace and I took it to a different mechanic who said everything was fine.

    Overall I think the level of service there has decreased significantly in the past year or so. I have had a lot of problems with the service department since they started building the new building. I used to recommend them to everyone I knew who had a Honda but I regret to say I don't recommend them to anyone anymore. I have kept going there just so I can have all my records in one place but I think I am going to look for somewhere else to take my vehicle for servicing.
