I work at a hotel called Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Polaris and one day a guest got syrup all over his Italian jacket and it was about 9:30 in the morning and when I called in the lady at the phone was very polite. I told her what happen and also he had to be somewhere at 11:30, she told me to bring it in asap! I told someone to take it and when he left our hotel he was so happy about the service he got from westerville dry cleaning.
