User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWELL...other than the sky high price.I love this place.They had all that I were looking for.Sometimes it were hard to find something in my size,since I'm a thin.I love the people who work there.They are very nice and helpful.That's a plus.:)

while the selection of DVDs and toys is quite good, the prices are at least 30% higher than what you can find online. The regular staff is a mixed bag of friendly helpful people and totally clueless airheads who have no problem making you wait while they make personal phone calls, daydream, etc.. Worst of all is the management which will look to rip you off anytime they can. They do not care if you have been a customer for years and spend hundreds a year there. They would rather not have your business than work to solve a customer service problem in a reasonable manner. With internet shopping and Lion's Den and other adult shops around town, the only thing I would recommend the Garden for is seeing their toys first hand and them ordering them somewhere else for much less. I am someone who likes to support local independent businesses, but cannot in this case. The one thing a local independent shop should have is great customer service to make up for the higher prices, but the Gareden does not. Good products do not trump high prices and crappy service.

service is terrible. the turnover rate of young freaks working there is just amazing. they just don't care. they will ignore you or treat you like dirt. when will owners of the garden get it together? ...never probly. from a retail perspective their markup rate is out of this world. i can find everything they sell online for cheaper (even with shipping costs).
