Box Office Numbers: 614-294-1659 Box Office Hours: The Box Office hours are (beginning November 1, 2004): Open show days only, the box office opens at 10am. Types of Payment Accepted: Cash only. Will Call: Will Call tickets can be picked up at begining 6:30PM on the night of the show at the Ticket Window. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number. General Rules: Cameras and recording devices are prohibited. User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNo concert, no help!!!: The flyleaf concert was cancelled and hundreds of people were waiting outside to get in. The thing was, nobody was told it was cancelled. No note on the door, and noone from the Newport came outside to say it was cancelled. People were in line for 2 hours, in the rain to watch the show. People couldnt figure out why we couldnt get in, so they started calling radio stations to find out what was going on. Thats how we found out the concert was cancelled, due to the lead singer being sick. No help from the Newport at all!!!!!

Best place in town for a show: The Newport is by far the best place to go for any kind of show. The layout is great, the architecture is awesome. Not the best for airflow, but I love it.
