I ended up having the wrong zip code and BJ's tracked do...See MoreI called to send flowers to my grandmother who had a new address. I ended up having the wrong zip code and BJ's tracked down the correct zip, determined it was outside their delivery area, called another flower shop to transfer the order and then called me back and gave me the new shops phone number so I could give them my payment info. Excellent service I am so pleased.
