They appear to be a friendly family business, although it is very decieving! Please save your money, time, & energy, use a reputable company.After having a warranty for 5+ years. We now have wood damage as well as infestation with termites!! We have had 3 estimates after the owner said " not to worry, carpenter ants." He lied . Kelly
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is such a great company. It is localy owned and operated. I also like that it is a mom and pop operation. The owner of the company was the inspecter with over 30 years in the business as he explained so, he cares more than some guy that woks for another company and may quit any day. I love the service and the atention to detail they show. If you want to email me feel free, I would love to talk.

Mr. Wright was most gracious. HOwever I am thouroughly dissatisfied with his service. I just paid $125 to do nothing more than I could have done myself. As a matter of fact i could have done better myself.It took him 10-15 minutes to complete his job. I had told him on the phone that I wanted to have holes drilled into my porch area and sprayed up in there. He seemed agreeable to that but said it wasn't neccessary once he arrived here. He sprayed around most of my baseboards with really large areas not even getting within 2 inched of the boards. I know that the first time I mop this weekend it will all be mopped up. Yes, he was very pleasant but i would be also if money came this easy to me. I feel like a fool for paying him. It will not happen again.
