    Traded in JD 650 with King Kutter (1168 hrs)and snow blade and was able to get a brand new JD tractor X500 exactly what I wanted for just $1K additional. The salesman was professional, answered all my questions, and I felt respected. As a 'woman' trading in tractor equipment, I felt like I was treated very well, and not talked "down" to. The tractor was delivered within a week and the gentleman who delivered it explained all the essentials to operate it. The only minor glitch was the manual was not available but had to be ordered so I did not have it for a few weeks. But like I said the delivery guy explained everything very well. I would highly recommend this John Deere Equipment site. It is easy to get to and the store is clean & well kept and they are well -stocked. (I needed a part for another JD tractor and was sent here by another dealer who didn't have the part. Keep up the excellent customer service!
