Good but expensive: Good service and company. We really like the delivery service, but it comes at a price. We've had two items damaged there and the experience wasn't pleasant in either case. Simple things.....one was a damaged zipper that they ended up charging us for and the other was a white bleach like stain on a shirt they they would not cover. The shirt really bothers me as it was a nice silk tee shirt that while it was 2 years old was like brand new in appearance. I would have thought they would replace it if I bought a new one. I did...bought the exact same shirt and brought them in side by side so they could see how new my shirt looked...but they didn't cover it or any costs. That service.....I can get anywhere. It's a shame too, but I can't continue to support a business that doesn't support it's customers. We spend $125-$250 month there too.
