Ugh! Don't even bother with them. Horrible service. Staff are rude snobby girls that act like any time you talk to them you are interrupting. Place is a dump. Showers are filthy. Equipment is old and worn and dirty. I signed up since it was close to home and haven't been for 2 years. I am still paying my "maintanance fees" and get collection notices in the mail since they don't send monthly statements and I refuse to step foot in that place and speak with their staff to pay them. Tried to cancel my membership to stop paying maintenance fees and never get a call back. Only get calls about the fees that are overdue. And then I get threatened with collection agency because I CAN'T get my membership canceled. All around headache.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. "Trainers" are not actually certified in anything. Do not teach correct breathing or lifting techniques. Management staff is VERY rude when trying to ask questions. When trying to send information to cancel membership at the end of my term the "credit company" would not call me back. Had to contact them continously for 2 months to cancel membership!!! STAY AWAY from this place if you can!!
