My daughter received good care in the emergency room, that's when the nightmare started with the billing dept. They sent me a bill about 10 days later, payment due upon receipt. I contacted them by phone to get an itemized statement; I would like to know what I'm being charged for. Suprisingly it never arrived. Next the phone calls started wanting payment; again I asked for a statement before sending any payment. It never arrived. I called again for a statement and asked them to set up payments, they said no, we want payment in full. A week later they turned it into collections. I paid the bill in full and will NEVER use this facility again.

This MRI is about the Imaging Center. They were great to me. There is one worker, Mandy, who was very helpful and believe me I have never had that kindness where I live at all. She goes out of her way to help you. She also didn't mind my 3 phone calls for information either. I don't know about the rest of the hospital, just this department there.
