    Dealing with these people has been one of my worst experiences as a consumer. Lack of communication is their biggest flaw and it shows in every aspect of the business: phone calls not getting returned, parts not being ordered on time, and multiple promise dates of when things would be ready (none of which being correct) have left me without a PC more then once. I would not suggest that anyone use this business for their needs.
