WOW! This is a hidden gem. I have tried several times to eat here while in the area shopping and it never seems to be open, even the one in Gahanna was never open when we drove by. Then tonight my mom and I drove by and it was open! I couldn't believe my eyes. I finally got to try Milano's!
We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was so warm and cozy. The staff were very nice, service was friendly and quick.
The food was wonderful!!! I was so pleasantly surprised at how big the portions were and how delicious the red sauce was on my spaghetti. I ordered the chicken parm, and it was 2 huge pieces covered in melted cheese and red sauce. Excellent!!!
My mom ordered baked Whitefish and a side of spaghetti. She said the fish was delicious! And raved about the red sauce on the pasta.
It was so refreshing to get a nice plate of pasta and red sauce around here, where the sauce tastes authentic and not watery or canned.
I can't wait to visit again with my husband.
Must try, you will love it!
My Daughter and I ate there last night food was very good, but I will not return because the service was the worst I have ever had! There is an atmosphere of every one knowing each other, since it was our first visit maybe the waitress (and I wish I knew her name)didn't feel like she had to greet us, get us refills, check on us, talk to us, or even wish us a nice evening, please come again, or any other appropriate response you would expect from a waitress, TIPS (to insure proper service) Thats what it means!! Yes I've been a waitress. Never again will I visit. I even had to ask the owner for to go boxes and the check! Be prepared for horrible service if they don't know you.
Worst Filet Mignon I have ever had! But the service was polite and friendly. My girlfriends orange roughy was good. Baked potato very average. Again for someone calling themselves a steakhouse this is the "WORST" steak I have eaten in my life!

If you want a steak, go to a steakhouse, not an Italian restaurant. I'd suggest Mitchell's. You can be just as disappointed with them as Milanos for 4x the price. I ate at Milano's on St. Patricks Day, and it was some of the BEST Italian food I've had in years. They make their own spaghetti from scratch!! I'll definitely be back.
