Tiny portions, over priced, no fortune cookie, no silverware...in other words DO NOT eat there if you vaule your money. Honestly I'm not trying to be hard but this is the worst experiance I've had with Chinese food to date. AGAIN DO NOT EAT THERE IT IS WAY OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ho-Toy is a joke: The only reason I go there is because it's close to where I work and I'm to lazy to walk somewhere else. Sometimes I have to debate with my self, go hungry or eat Ho-toy's. The food isn't to bad but the portions aren't big enough for American bodies. My boo went there and she said she like it but it didn't fill her up. Ho-toy must own stock in rice, but that's what you get with them. Thank God for MoonStar chinese restaurant just two blocks away.
Overpriced and not that good otherwise: Ho Toy's best quality is its amusing name. The food is overpriced and not that great. Completely lacking in ambience. To be fair, however, the service has always been fast for me. They may rush you or seem irritated if you come in near closing time (which at 8 pm is inconveniently early, but not too much of a problem since, as I noted, it's not that good anyway).
