User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! Took my car in 5 or 6 times to fix a vibration it had when I bought it and each time it came out worse than when I had taken it in. The final straw was when they mounted the front tires on backwards and there were parts missing!! Trust me, I read the previous reviews and disregarded them....there are 6 pages of complaints filed with the attorney general on this service department already!! They are nice to your face but will bullsht you entirely. These people have no idea when it comes to mechanics. Save yourself the stress...
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful Service. Took my Avalanche in after I hit a deer. They called and said the truck was done. After getting it home, the A/C & Heating controls no longer worked, the driver's door speaker wasn't working and the head light was out. Do we not check our work?
Took it back the next day, they did take me back to work, but told me it would be just a couple hours, as of 2:30 in the afternoon they had not looked at the truck and I was stuck at work.
Will never dream of using them for repair again nor will they even be considered when I trade this truck in this fall.-

They might have some great deals but the salesmen donât know how to treat customers or their strategy with dealing customers is awful. I changed my mind to buy a car from them due to the behavior of the salesman. Rather go to other competitors.
