We went to the Japanese Steak House for lunch today. The service was pitiful. The chef was not accomodating or entertaining. I was not aware that you had to ask for sauce on you order. I recieved sauce with the appetizer but not with my entree. I asked the chef could he include sauce when I realized he did not give me the sauce. He said no. I found the manager and he was equally non accomodating of my satisfaction. My co-worker requested fried rice and he was told that he needed to order it initially. He did order it initially. It was a break-down in communication. He had to practically beg for fried rice and the chef we had was not going to do it. He said ask another chef. I was amazed by their lack of customer service skills. I will not be eating there anymore.

A Little something extra in your food: Just recently some friends went to Japanese Steak House for lunch an brought me something back. This is a place we have all gone for years. The food has always been excellent until this particular day. When I received my food I got a little more than I bargined for. The bag containing my lunch also contained roaches. I don't think I can bring myself to eat there again.

How very kind of you to take this unfortunate incident and report it on the internet. For all you know the roaches were in your friend's car.

the best of them all!!!!: simple review here they to me are the original & the best hands down.been going since they were located on town street many yrs ago now.always been a family favorite&many special occassians have been spent there.they have been here probly 30 yrs compare that to the other japanese steak houses in town. THE BEST THERE IS.
