We had a reservation for our party of six on saturday night 6:30,still had a twenty minute wait, they sat us in a four seat booth. The food has much to be desired, dry, bland, even the appearance was,so-so,we tried it, wouldn't spend that much on that low of quality dining again !
Nice environment and a great place to eat if you feel like getting your entire family or work party sick at the same time! The service is usually pretty good but the food seems to never be quite right. Whether its the taste, the temperature, or the ingredients, we are always surprised and always disappointed. I won't be back.
Buca di Beppo sent out $10 gift cards in the mail. After reading the fine print, several times, there was no mention of using several cards together. My family and I went there, ate soso food. When we presented our cards to pay for the meal, The snotty waitress let out a big sigh and went to get the manager. Bill the manager said we couldn't use all of the cards together. We asked him to show us this rule on the cards or the packing it came in. He could not and proceeded to treat us like 4th class citizens. Horrible Food and Customer Service...DO NOT EAT there.

Buca di Beppo is a restaurant, which means a business. What sense does it make to let you use 100 dollars worth of coupons at the same time if your bill is 100 dollars?? Dont lie to yourself and others, it clearly states "one per visit, not valid with any other promotions." If you are looking for a cheap meal, got to wendy's. They have a 99 cent menu for you. I personally have a great experience every time I visit the downtown location. Stick to Mel's diner and waffle house, that seems more your style.
I agree with the above comment. It is a business. Common sense would tell you that a coupon is to entice customers into a business. I have always had a wonderful experience at Buca di Beppo's and am planning to go again this week.
