User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDisappointed: I had heard great things about this place but when I went I was sorely disappointed. First off, it is never open and they do not have hours posted outside. When I finally did find a time when it was open, the experience was underwhelming.
The fried green tomatoes were over done, greasy and not green. They used over ripe tomatoes. The meatloaf was cold and nothing to right home about. The service was ok but it took a while for the server to refill drinks. The place was not busy at the time.
I found the prices to be a bit high for the fare they were serving. I don't think I will go there again. The ambiance was cool but that was about it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy favorite place: I have never had a bad meal at Lu Lu's and I have been there plenty of times. Whenever my girlfriends and I have a girls night out I try to arrange dinner there. Poodle Chicken is my favorite thing on the menu and the tenderloin medallions are also good. The only drawback is the second dining room. Try to get seated in the main room.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRepresenting LULU!: It is a wonderful experience. I havn't been back to Columbus lately and it has been awhile and want to go back again. I can't remember to much of it, but I will never forget how pretty and romantic the setting was. I would recommend the food there.
