User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe've used them several times to get our carpets and furniture cleaned. Every time, they've done an excellent job. They will sometimes even clean little rugged areas that they notice need cleaning for free. I have never had any problems with them, and strongly recommend them.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI scheduled an appt a week in advance. I explained I needed early morning. The appt was at 8:45 am. I waited until 9:12am to leave my leave the house. No phone call. No show. I called and talked to a manager. The owner answered the phone. I explained to him my problem. He replied "He must be late." No apology. They waisted my time and energy. I moved all my furniture the night before. I will never use them. I would recommend you do not use them. They are unprofessional, and frankly, they do not value your business.
