Recently, my wife and I needed to refinance a home loan. I was very hesitant to work with a company over the phone/email, but decided to give it a chance. I feel like we got very lucky getting the help of, Joanna Ross, as our loan officer. She was wonderful, keeping me informed every step of the way. The bumps in the road we encountered were troubles on my end. However, Joanna, told me we would work through them and get this loan completed. She absolutely, went above and beyond to really help us out and she succeeded in getting my loan completed. I would definitely recommend Residential Finance and especially working with Joanna Ross.

Can't be real - they do not even have a web page you can contact them... If they are soo low , then why is their rate at 5.250%/5.488%, when iI can refinance my loan all day for 4.875% ????

If you want someone who really cares about a customer you need to ask for Mike Fleishour. He will go the extra mile to help you. I had a problem loan that most would give up on but he did not. He stuck with me and offered help that was way beyond what I would have expected. He is not mechanical but very patient and has one of the best phone conversation attitudes that I have had in a long time. If you want to refinance ask for Mike.
